6-8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 tsp. EVOO
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
1 14.5 oz. can of stewed tomatoes (undrained)
1 14.5 oz. can of navy beans (drained and rinsed)
Directions:
Heat 2 tsp. EVOO in large skillet. Sprinkle salt, pepper and
poultry seasoning over chicken thighs. Place chicken thighs in heated skillet
seasoning side down. Cook for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat, flip over chicken
thighs and add tomatoes and navy beans. Cover and heat for about 10 minutes or
until chicken is done cooking.
