Asian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:


1 5 oz. can water chestnuts finelychopped
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 cup onion
1 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tbs. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup plumb sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce

Combine first seven ingredients together and roll into 1 inch balls and place into a baking dish.  Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes uncovered.  Combine plumb sauce, chili sauce and ginger and pour over meatballs.  Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.  Serve over Rice.
