Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tortillas cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Cook beef in skillet until browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off fat.
2.  Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas.  Heat to a boil.  Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.  Top with cheese.
