Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers finely crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar divided
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 cup thawed cool whip
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
Meanwhile, stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refridgerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
