Spicy Pepper Steak

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pound cut-up beef for stir-fry
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup hoising sauce
  • Ramen noodles (if desired to serve with)

 
Heat oil over high heat. Add beef and stir fry about 2 minutes or longer depending on your desired doneness, Add bell pepper and onion and stir fry about 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp/tender to your likeness. Stir in hoisin sauce and stir about 30 seconds until hot. Serve with noodles.
