Golden Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened in microwave x20 seconds
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Chicken Breast

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together, put in crock pot, add chicken and cook for hours.
