Ingredients:
Cut veggies and place in a bowl.Lightly coat Veggies with olive oil.
Coat Veggies in Zesty Italian dressing.
Lay out on cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes or until soft, cooked, etc (depending on the type of veggie you used).
