Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans, spread evenly into a 13x9 in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.In a large bowl, combing the remaining ingredients; beat with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Transfer to prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cook for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Serve warm. 20 servings.
